Orders for our Tire Steps placed by 1pm EST will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after this time may not be shipped until the next day. The length of shipping time may vary depending on location.

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason other than a valid warranty claim, returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days from receiving your item. We will do our best to help you find a product that better fits your needs and perform an exchange; however, if you choose to simply return the product, a restocking fee will be assessed. The Big Ass/Fat Ass Tire Steps and accessories come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, which covers any manufacturing or material defects, as well as additional components under normal use. The warranty is valid for as long as you own the step. Coverage is terminated if you sell or otherwise transfer the product. Any issues caused by misuse, abuse, or damage not caused by a defect in the material or workmanship, as well as wearable parts including rubber bumpers, nylon washers, or scratched/worn powder coating are not covered.
